Salary: £39,862 to £41,771 per annum – Grade J, Kings Lynn

Marshfield’s is a Short Break Residential home based in West Lynn providing short breaks for young people with disabilities and/or complex health needs aged 5 to 18 years.

We are looking to recruit a full‑time Senior Residential Children’s Practitioner to support the assistant manager in the running of the home. The role involves:

  • Supporting the manager in supervision and development of the staff team
  • Partaking in on‑call duties and working occasional weekends
  • Facilitating the overall delivery of high quality residential care to children and young people
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Children Workforce Diploma Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a children’s residential home
  • Evidence of effective communication, teamwork and leadership in a care setting
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
