A local government authority in King's Lynn is seeking a full-time Senior Residential Children's Practitioner to support the management of a residential home for children with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a level 5 children's workforce diploma and experience in residential care. Marshfield's is a Short Break Residential home based in West Lynn providing short breaks for young people with disabilities and/or complex health needs aged 5 to 18 yrs.
We are looking to recruit a full time Senior Residential Children's Practitioner to support the assistant manager in the running of the home. You will support the manager in supervision and development of the staff team. You are required to take part in on call duties and work occasional weekends. Ideally you will hold a children workforce diploma level 5 and have experience working within a children's residential home.
