Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience of managing residential care services.
• Experience as a registered manager or with delegated responsibilities.
• Current car driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of care homes.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and Ofsted standards.
• Recruit and manage House Managers.

Skills

NVQ Level 3 in a Health and Social Care setting

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Basic First Aid knowledge

Managerial experience
