A leading actuarial firm in London is seeking a Senior Reserving Actuary to support the onboarding of new transactions and ongoing reserving of portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in STEM, at least 10 years of experience in the Non-life insurance market, and the ability to guide junior actuaries. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Non-life insurance market, ideally 12-15+.
• Strong non-life reserving experience, pricing and/or capital experience beneficial.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of newly completed transactions.
• Look for better ways to segment portfolios and model claim lifecycle.
• Guide and coach junior actuaries.
• Communicate results of reserving analysis to the executive team and shareholders.
• Support transition of transactions into regular reserving cycle.
