Responsibilities

• Uphold the values and standards of the British Army within the Regiment.
• Maintain discipline within the Regiment.
• Provide career advice and welfare guidance to subordinates.
• Ensure all Regimental policies are adhered to correctly.
• Structure military training in accordance with Regimental policy.
• Attend external military events as per Regimental calendar.
• Advise the RSM on policy change.
• Communicate current concerns to the Commanding Officer.
