Healthcare Research Worldwide is seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead high-profile healthcare projects from design through delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You will manage teams, budgets, and proposals while growing client partnerships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

As a Senior Research Manager, you'll lead high-profile research projects from design through to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality, commercial success and strong client relationships. As a Senior Research Manager you will take responsibility for leading projects, working with the HRW research and operations teams to design and deliver quality projects, resourcing them effectively and running them smoothly and efficiently through excellent communications both internally and with our clients. A Senior Research Manager will consistently develop client relationships, play a key role in business development by understanding account strategies, attending client meetings and writing persuasive proposals. A Senior Research Manager will be a lynch pin between the wider research team and the senior management team.

What You'll Be Doing

Research Leadership

Lead end-to-end research projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
Manage project budgets and financial performance.
Deliver clear, actionable insights, recommendations and implications.
Guide and support project teams, delegating effectively and ensuring deadlines are met.
Share learning and best practice across the business.
Moderate qualitative research and attend fieldwork in the UK and internationally when required.
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.

Client & Business Development

Build strong, long-time client relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and account strategies.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor.
Write compelling proposals and research solutions that win work.
Contribute to account planning and business development initiatives.
