Job summary

Focaldata in London is seeking a research-focused professional to own projects from inception through delivery. You will manage the research process, craft surveys, weight samples, analyse results, and develop client-ready deliverables including data visuals and reports.

You’ll combine quantitative and qualitative insights to guide client strategies and campaigns, collaborating with analytics to apply advanced techniques and improve workflows with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of research experience (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with quantitative research and survey data analysis.
• Ability to interpret, visualise, and present data clearly to clients.
• Some experience communicating with clients and building client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience using AI tools to improve research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own research projects from start to finish with oversight.
• Manage the research process from survey design to weighting and analysis.
• Develop client deliverables and compelling data visualisations.
• Use data and outputs to advise clients on strategy and campaigns.
• Collaborate with analytics to apply data science techniques to survey data.
• Conduct qualitative research including transcript analysis.
• Evolve workflows by integrating AI tools and emerging tech.
