We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a Senior Research Executive (Quantitative) in London to work on a flexible role within a dynamic research agency. You will own quantitative studies end-to-end, turning data into compelling narratives and presenting commercially impactful findings to clients.

The role requires coordinating deadlines, suppliers and teams, mentoring junior researchers, and driving innovation and proposals with a commercial mindset.

JOB TITLE: Senior Research Executive (Quantitative)
SALARY: £32k - £39k
LOCATION: London (3 days in the office)

THE COMPANY

We are working with an organisation that helps brands understand and anticipate consumer behaviour using research, AI-driven insights, and segmentation to turn data into actionable strategies across industries. By supporting brand strategy, innovation, and shopper experience through behavioural insights, ethnography, analytics, and tools like brand tracking and concept testing, they translate complex consumer behaviour into clear growth opportunities.

They are currently looking to bring on an Senior Research Executive level candidate, who has experience in or is looking to work projects within the consumer sector for a variety of clients.

KEY DUTIES

• Own quantitative studies end-to-end, turning data into compelling narratives and confidently presenting commercially impactful findings.
• Manage competing deadlines, suppliers and teams, mentoring junior researchers while maintaining quality, efficiency and collaborative standards.
• Drive innovation, contribute strategically to proposals and bring commercial thinking, curiosity and fresh approaches.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in quantitative research methods in a variety of different projects
• Confident handling survey data, metrics and cross-platform campaign evaluation, with excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Curious, collaborative and commercially minded, able to challenge assumptions, manage priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly.
