JOB DESCRIPTION
For over thirty years, Cytel has enabled the world’s biotech and pharmaceutical companies to make confident, evidence-based decisions to ensure successful outcomes. As industry leaders in delivering advanced data analytics solutions, we continually invest in deepening our expertise. Now, in 2025, we have a fully integrated Evidence Value & Access business, with a global team of experts providing industry-leading capabilities in market access, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real‑world evidence (RWE). Powered by the unique experience and expertise of our researchers and consultants around the world, we conceptualize and execute HEOR and RWE studies, using advanced quantitative techniques to prepare sponsors for reimbursement submission and to support a product’s clinical and economic value proposition. Our mission is to help unlock the full promise of data – our teams conduct evidence generation and synthesis, economic analyses, and comparative effectiveness studies to generate the evidence to support the overall product value, with our Access team acting as the evidence hub by which we devise strategy and translate evidence into concise value propositions and communications for payers and other external stakeholders. The Cytel Access team comprises a unique mix of globally-focused consultants, and in‑country teams with extensive experience in local market access and HTA submissions – a critical requirement to meet the needs of the new EU‑JCA regulations on which an increasing amount of our work output is focused.
