Job summary

ADEVALUK Adelphi Values Ltd is seeking a Senior Research Associate to provide research and analysis support for COA-focused projects. You will work under supervision, performing literature reviews, protocol development, and preparation of study documents and ethical submissions.

You will also manage recruitment processes and conduct qualitative interviews, with a focus on delivering high-quality scientific content and clear client communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform literature searches and critically assess COA instruments.
• Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative healthcare research.
• Ability to coordinate research tasks and produce high-quality written deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Perform literature searches and review COA literature.
• Develop study protocols and documents (interviews, CRFs, consent forms).
• Prepare and manage submissions to ethical review boards.
• Support recruitment of participants and liaise with clinicians/advocacy groups.
• Conduct, code, and interpret qualitative interviews (concept elicitation, cognitive debriefing).
