Rendesco, the UK's leading heat pump and heat network business, designs, builds, funds, owns and operates low carbon energy systems across the UK. We require an experienced engineer to install and oversee heat pump and heat network projects nationwide, with travel as needed.

You will supervise junior engineers, read technical drawings, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance while delivering on-time, high-standard installations for both new-build and social housing clients.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
• Proven experience installing Ground Source Heat Pump systems.
• Strong plumbing and/or pipefitting experience.
• Experience in domestic renewable energy installations.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems and UK regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and complete inspection/quality documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required.

Responsabilidades

• Installation and integration of ground source heat pumps and HIUs.
• Pipefitting for heating, cooling and hot water distribution.
• Installation of insulation and associated equipment.
• Basic electrical work to heat pump systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Reading drawings and ensuring compliance with standards.
• QA/QC checks and reporting through QA/QC platform.
