NHS Ayrshire and Arran is recruiting a Senior Pharmacist - Renal Disease to join University Hospital Crosshouse in a permanent role. The post involves 36 hours per week and requires working across inpatient and outpatient renal services.

You will provide clinical pharmaceutical care, work as an independent prescriber, and travel within acute sites in NHS Ayrshire & Arran for renal patients. A UK driving licence is essential.

Competenze

• Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Working towards credentialing against the RCP Core Advanced Curriculum or equivalent clinical knowledge.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmaceutical care to renal patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage own caseload as an independent prescriber (anaemia and polycystic kidney disease).
• Travel within NHS Ayrshire & Arran to renal units within acute sites.
