Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager for a fully remote role with travel to client sites. You will co‑lead a critical integration workstream, stay hands‑on with technology, and collaborate closely with architects and programme teams.

You’ll design, build, and deliver integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), translate business requirements into scalable solutions, mentor developers, and help shape standards while driving delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading or co-leading integration teams within Oracle Cloud / Fusion programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience in shared leadership or matrix environments.
• Expertise in integration approaches: APIs, REST, SOAP, event-driven and file-based.
• Experience delivering within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
