Job summary

Evolvesquads is seeking a Remote Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior) with expertise in Python, Rust, Go and React to join our insurance-focused platform. You’ll work across backend, frontend, and data flows, building scalable web apps and APIs with a team of engineers and product specialists.

You’ll participate in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment, driving features end-to-end while learning new frameworks and improving architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development across backend and frontend.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks preferred.
• Insurance domain understanding is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Comfortable working in a distributed remote team.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and scalable software for web-based applications.
• Design, build, test, document and maintain APIs and integrations.
• Ensure quality through automated testing, pairing, and code reviews.
• Work with Product and UX to translate end-user requirements into technical solutions.
• Prototype new ideas and emerging technologies and iterate quickly.
• Uphold the engineering team’s principles and ways of working.
