Senior Reliability Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07 : 00 - 15 : 00

We are seeking a hands‑on Reliability Engineer to lead our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) team at our Thetford site. Reporting to the Reliability & Planning Engineer, this role plays a key part in ensuring our assets run efficiently, reliably, and safely.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys developing others, improving systems, and taking ownership of machine reliability – all while enjoying a consistent day shift and strong company values.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the execution of the site’s 52‑week PPM schedule.
  • Documenting all maintenance activity using our CMMS system and ensuring accurate parts usage.
  • Identifying reliability improvements, implementing approved changes, and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring critical equipment is maintained to support uninterrupted production.
