Job summary

Osprey Engineering Solutions is seeking a Reliability Consultant to join a growing team. You will deliver reliability engineering and asset management solutions to asset-intensive industries, working UK-based with remote capabilities and travel to customer sites.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in engineering or reliability and hands-on experience in RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA and PMO, plus data analysis and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, reliability, asset management or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering reliability consultancy projects.
• Experience leading customer-facing consultancy assignments and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA and Preventive Maintenance Optimisation studies.
• Develop asset criticality assessments, maintenance strategies and reliability improvement programmes.
• Analyse reliability and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce clear technical reports, recommendations and implementation plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at operational, engineering and management levels.
• Present findings and recommendations to customers and provide reliability subject matter expertise.
• Manage multiple consultancy projects, ensuring delivery to timescales, scope and quality.
• Support project scoping, proposals and the development of internal reliability tools and best practice.
