Step into a senior sales role with global impact.
Are you a driven sales executive ready to take the next big step in your career? This is your opportunity to lead strategic partnerships and shape the future of travel at a cluster of three high-performing airport hotels, representing two of the world’s most recognised hospitality brands—IHG and Accor.
As Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial success, owning relationships with some of the biggest names in the travel industry. You’ll be the connector, the strategist, and the trusted partner—driving growth, loyalty, and long‑term value across our Manchester Airport hotel cluster.
Joining Aimbridge means stepping into a world of opportunity. You’ll gain exposure to global hospitality brands and benefit from industry‑leading training designed to accelerate your career. Our uncapped incentive structure rewards your contributions, while our hotel‑wide discounts—on rooms, dining, and spa experiences—make your work‑life balance even more enjoyable.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key corporate and group travel and corporate accounts with some of the biggest names in the industry, ensuring every client feels valued and understood. You’ll be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, whether through cross‑selling across our properties or tailoring solutions that meet evolving client needs.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales to shape and deliver the cluster’s commercial strategy, using insights and performance data to guide decisions. Your presence will be felt not just in the boardroom but also at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings—where you’ll represent our brands with confidence and professionalism.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll liaise regularly with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.
We’re seeking someone with a solid foundation in hotel sales or account management, ideally within a branded environment. You’ll need to understand the corporate and group travel market and have a track record of building strong relationships that drive revenue.
Confidence in communication, negotiation, and presentation is essential, as is a self‑motivated, target‑driven approach. Familiarity with systems like Opera, would be a bonus, but not a deal‑breaker. Flexibility to travel locally and occasionally nationally is also important.
At Aimbridge, we believe people are the heart of our business. As a global leader in hospitality, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone has a place to grow. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values ambition, innovation, and excellence.
If you’re ready to elevate your career and make a real impact in the travel and hospitality space, we’d love to hear from you.
