Qualifications

• Pension qualifications such as PMI or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of defined benefit pension schemes and legislation.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and Consumer Duty principles.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a first line control for regulatory and legislative change.
• Conducting gap analyses and supporting remediation planning.
• Reviewing governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Tracking and reporting on regulatory risks and events.
• Preparing and delivering management information reports.
• Engaging with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
• Supporting regulatory projects and embedding required changes.
