A higher education institution in Baginton is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Registry Department. The successful candidate will maintain accurate student records, coordinate award boards, and support new systems implementation. Ideal applicants will have complex administration experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with student record systems like SITS. This role offers a hybrid working model and excellent benefits including generous holidays and pension plans.
Salary: £26,000- £28,000 per annum

This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 days travel into our Coventry head office per week. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts
This is a great opportunity to join the Registry Department at Arden University. We are in the process of key systems investment and preparing the registry service to meet the ambitious growth of the University. If you want to help shape our registry systems and functions for the future, then this is a role you should consider.
Registry Services at Arden University comprise 4 key functional areas; Registry Systems, Marking and Assessments, Awards & Exams and Graduation & Events. You will report to a Team Leader for Awards & Exams and work as part of a team who are responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all student records in line with our Academic Regulations and the coordination and running of all award boards, certification production, PSRB management and exam scheduling. You will support the delivery of our new student record system (SITS) and our new online assessment software, and you will work as part of a university wide implementation group.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the tenacity to handle multiple priorities and competing demands with great attention to detail. They should have experience from another complex administration role or have experience gained in another Higher Education setting with experience of SITS or another Student Record System (HE experience is not essential).
