The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for the Outpatients department. This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role offers a permanent position with a salary up to £39,300 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
You will deliver high-quality nursing care, lead assessments and care planning for complex patients, administer medications, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions across services.

This is afull timerole at 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for complex patients
Use advanced clinical knowledge to make timely and appropriate decisions, escalating where necessary.
Administer medication safely and monitor patient response, ensuring adherence to NMC and local protocols.
Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and effective workload management across the shift.
Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management, and risk reporting procedures.
Act as a key contact for patients and their families, offering clinical updates, reassurance, and information to support shared decision‑making.
Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between services.
Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration.
Significant post-registration experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team.
Strong clinical decision‑making, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient‑focused approach.
Confidence in working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursing role desirable.
Must be an experienced outpatients nurse.
Experience in Gynaecology, Urology, PRP, or Ophthalmic treatments is desirable.
