Senior Regional Operations Manager

£40,795 - £44,700 dependent on location

Fixed term contract until end the of 2027 (available on a secondment basis)

Be at the heart of transforming how we deliver events across the Institute.

You’ll coordinate the implementation of our One Institute Events and Training Strategy, working across all departments while supporting the rollout of a new event management system. You’ll also lead our Young Planners Chairs Panel and expand the Chief Planners of Tomorrow programme - helping early career planners thrive.

This role includes deputising for the Head of English Regions and providing first-line support to Regional Managers, so you’ll need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

We’re looking for someone with event management experience, who’s worked with event management systems and webinar platforms. You’ll be proactive and innovative, with a talent for improving processes and developing training for colleagues.

Reports to : Head of English Regions

Closing date : Wednesday 17th December 2025

Interview date : week commencing 5th January 2026
