Your role

You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Regional Cleaning Managers across the Midlands region. You will be responsible for contracts with a value of circa £10m in the Education sector. You\'ll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your management team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.

About you

• Previous experience of managing Cleaning Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's.
• Experience of leading teams of Regional Cleaning Managers.
• You\'ll be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts.
• An organised and proactive attitude.
• The successful applicant will be required to go through vetting due to the nature of the contracts.
• Holder of full UK Driving Licence
