Trivallis is seeking a Senior Regeneration Project Manager to lead the regeneration of Penrhys, manage masterplan delivery, and engage with stakeholders. The role involves tendering, budget control, and securing social value outcomes and grant funding, with hybrid working and a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will have strong numeracy and literacy, experience in property development, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of regeneration programs, plus proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in or out of sector in residential and/or commercial property development.
• Experience of the delivery of regeneration programs.
• Experience of working with consultant teams, planning submissions and feasibility studies.
• Experience of both internal and external stakeholder engagement and management.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow and monitor processes effectively.

Aufgaben

• The initial focus of this role will be the delivery of the regeneration of Penrhys and the submission of the first phase of the masterplan.
• Progress the wider master plan and engage with the external market to secure a development partner
• Work with the team to tender the project and ensure it is delivered to our specification on time and within budget.
• Work with the team to maximise social value outcomes and grant funding submissions.
• Work on any other regeneration opportunities as they arise.
