Senior Refrigeration Engineer - North West - Up to £43,000

About the company

We are looking for Refrigeration Engineers to work on properties across the North West of the UK, working as part of a well-established Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Process Engineering company. The role is mobile and involves planned and reactive service, attending breakdowns, fault-finding, and performing maintenance on various equipment including Chillers, Process Cooling Systems, Blast Freezers, Spiral Freezers, and Walk-In units.

Senior Refrigeration Engineer - The Rewards

Senior Refrigeration Engineer - Requirements

• Experience working within industrial and commercial properties and holding an F-Gas qualification
• Experience in commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment and chillers using HFC/HFO and natural refrigerants
• Experience with controls and integration
• Full UK driving license

Senior Refrigeration Engineer - Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive services, attending breakdowns, fault-finding, and maintenance on various refrigeration systems
• Managing customer service and maintenance contracts
• Acting as the first point of contact for business development with existing clients and communicating with management and project teams
• Planning and coordinating materials and engineer requirements
• Supporting equipment RAG status management and providing feedback for opportunities in weekly review meetings

This role is suitable for Cooling Engineers, Refrigeration Engineers, HVAC Engineers, Multiskilled Engineers, Senior Refrigeration Engineers, or Lead Engineers.
