Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a highly experienced security engineer to run red and purple team operations across networks, data centers, and applications. You will test enterprise networks, OT/ICS, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines, building custom tooling as needed and using AI to accelerate reconnaissance and exploitation.

Qualifications

• You have years of hands-on experience in red teaming and offensive security operations.
• Deep expertise in at least two areas listed: enterprise networks, data center networks, OT/ICS, web apps & APIs, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Experience running red team operations and adversary simulations in well-defended environments.
• Proficient in Python, Go or similar languages; able to build your own tooling.
• Experience using AI to speed recon, vulnerability discovery, or attack-path analysis.
• Ability to write clear, actionable findings for blue teams.

Responsibilities

• Run red and purple team operations emulating advanced threat actors across networks, data center OT, and applications.
• Pen test the networks behind GPU clusters, including frontend/backend fabrics and site connectivity.
• Test data center OT, building management, power monitoring, cooling controls, and the IT/OT boundary.
• Assess internal and employee-built applications and the CI/CD pipelines that ship them; turn findings into secure defaults.
• Present findings to technical and executive audiences as clear, actionable risk that shapes the security roadmap.
