About the role:

We are looking for a specialist recruiter for our Projects and Change team, focusing on Financial Services clients. This hybrid role covers both temporary and permanent placements and is part of one of our top performing teams. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will develop robust relationships with clients, uncover new opportunities, and serve as a role model for other consultants. You should be a high achiever and a top biller, adept at winning hearts and minds and bringing in new business.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead recruitment assignments, creatively applying your knowledge to specific recruitment challenges.
  • Develop existing client relationships and generate new business through networking, market information and business development calls.
  • Manage and close complex deals while selling our value‑add services.
  • Take responsibility for key client relationships, resolve issues and ensure we always deliver upon or exceed expectations.
  • Build a strong knowledge of each client’s organisation and develop recruitment campaigns on their behalf.
  • Source, select and match candidates, arrange interviews, brief candidates and provide feedback.
  • Write marketing materials, including adverts and mailshots.
