Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Starting in London, with relocation to New York in 9-12 months
Salary: £40K-£65K UK + US relocation package and pay increase

We are currently retained by a long-standing client operating across Investment Banking and Alternative Investments. Over the years, we have successfully hired recruiters, all of whom remain in their positions today, achieving promotions and top biller status.
Our client plans to launch an office in New York next year. We are seeking Senior Recruitment Consultants with a Finance background interested in relocating as part of this launch, working alongside a senior recruiter involved in the move.

Client base includes leading Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds, Credit Funds, and Asset Managers, with exclusive and retained arrangements

Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Finance (Investments or A&F/CFO)
Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue
Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, capable of building internal and external relationships
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to relocate to the US
