A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their market intelligence team. The position involves managing the complete recruitment process, forging robust relationships in the UK and U.S. markets, and achieving financial targets. Applicants should have B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills. The role is office-based, primarily in Islington, with some flexibility for home working.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team. You might be coming from a recruitment background, have experience in another sales or business development role, or come from one of the markets we recruit for.
We have ambitious growth plans, with the aim of breaking into new markets and geographies, so it is an exciting time to join the business with a path to developing your own niche market and growing your own team. We prize strong candidate and client relationships and expect our consultants to spend a substantial amount of time out of the office at meetings and networking events.

Our market intelligence team is currently made up of two consultants and a healthy book of business. We have a long history recruiting for the sector so there are lots of strong client relationships and also a lot of lapsed clients that would mean a significant number of warm leads for a new team member to pick up on. Clients are extremely varied, made up of FTSE100 companies to boutique startups with sectors ranging from leveraged finance to celebrity research.
