Nebula Recruitment is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Industrial Sector to set up and run an Industrial Branch for an already established recruitment business which will be based in Manchester.

My Client is looking for someone to lead from the front, who can work with minimal guidance and supervision – to develop a successful industrial branch with the backing of an established successful business. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to provide excellent service to clients and candidates and to also drive sales to achieve success.

Main responsibilities
  • Market knowledge - Identify opportunities and lead sales focus to develop existing and grow new customer relationships.
  • Know your numbers - Ensuring delivery of targets in line with a planned budget.
  • Know your candidates - Ensure we are attracting the right standard of candidates to meet our customer’s expectations
  • Thinking outside the box with networking, social media, job boards, referrals etc.
