About the Role

At Jubilee Hospitality, we are looking for a Supervisor and Manager of the Hospitality Industry to assist with the running of the Hospitality & Catering Recruitment desk.

The role is part of the Reading team, liaising with hospitality/catering clients, recruiting, and organizing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the Hospitality & Catering Recruitment desk.
• Liaise with hospitality/catering clients.
• Recruit and organize staff.
• Occasional on‑call duties (approx. one week every two months on a rota basis).

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory or managerial level within the hospitality industry.
• Real passion for the Hospitality & Catering industry.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.

Compensation

• Base salary of around £27,000 per annum (DOE).
• Uncapped commission/bonus.
• Realistic earnings can range from £35,000 to £55,000+ once fully established.

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday office hours.
• Occasional on‑call hours (approx. one week every two months on a rota basis).
• Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) plus approximately 5 additional days per year for on‑call time back.
