We are now looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join our high-performing London team, based in the heart of Shoreditch. You'll be joining a collaborative, sales-focused environment with support, flexibility, and earning potential to thrive.

What you'll be doing:

1. Own and grow a Data/AI/ML desk (contract or perm), with access to warm clients and high-value roles
2. Build and manage relationships with top tech talent and hiring teams
3. Drive new business and expand your client network across the UK & Europe
4. Partner with our sister brands within Majar Group for cross-selling opportunities
5. Deliver best-in-class service across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
6. Stay ahead of market trends and build your personal brand within the data space

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech sector is a must)
• Proven billings and success against targets
• Strong BD and client acquisition skills
• Passion for Data, AI, or emerging technologies
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a team-first attitude
