We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy, high-performing Construction team. With an established client base and long-standing contracts, you'll join a team that offers an excellent foundation to grow your desk and deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the full 360 recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across construction roles.
• Generate new business through outbound B2B calls, LinkedIn outreach, and client visits.
• Negotiate fees and terms of confidentiality to maximise commercial outcomes for you and clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Work closely with the team to contribute to overall business growth and share your market knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

• 360 recruitment experience is required; experience in construction or related industries is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrable success managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in working to KPIs and revenue targets.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
