We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy, high‑performing Construction team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full 360 recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across construction roles.
• Generate new business through outbound B2B calls, LinkedIn outreach, and client visits.
• Negotiate fees and terms of confidentiality to maximise commercial outcomes for you and clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Work closely with the team to contribute to overall business growth and share your market knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• 360 recruitment experience is required; experience in construction or related industries is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrable success managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience working to KPIs and revenue targets.
