The Role & Market

We want to be known for being informed, transparent, and hands‑on, whether that’s building out engineering teams, sharing insight with hiring managers, or supporting long‑term talent strategies, and how we operate is defined by that.

The DevOps community is packed with knowledge sharing and collaboration, and where teams are built on curiosity and trust. You’ll be working alongside James Husher, who leads our DevOps practice and is widely recognised in the industry, regularly receiving public endorsement from clients and candidates. You’ll work closely with him to grow out a high‑demand market offering around an already warm customer base.

What are we looking for

We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of agency experience who’s technically curious, interested in learning all about DevOps, commercially minded, and ready to make their mark in an established and important discipline within tech.

What you’ll do
  • Focus on technical hiring across DevOps, Cloud, Platform, and Site Reliability Engineering
  • Build relationships with hiring managers in SaaS, Consultancies, end users and more
  • Deliver full 360 recruitment (sourcing, BD, closing, and ongoing account management)
  • Work alongside a team with strong traction and established credibility in the space
  • Contribute to scaling a specialist desk with the support of a highly experienced and supportive Manager
