Senior Recruitment Consultant

Base Salary £30-£40k

Based in Liverpool

The opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, chances are you have been working somewhere else for the last few years, and it has been a challenge. Your Manager is too focused on meaningless KPIs and call targets. You are desperate to be seen as a true consultant to your client base, instead of transactional. You want to be a valuable part of your client’s growth and provide them with solutions by way of candidates who meet their culture and budget. If you have outgrown your environment of bells, gongs, power hours and double-breasted suits and want to join an adult environment, this could be for you.

Day to day

This is a 360 role – so will cover Business Development, Account Management and Delivery. We have a handful of accounts that are warm that can assist you on the outset, but our culture is one of growth and you will be looking daily to add new clients to your desk. We have strong tools to support you in your role, such as FireFish CRM, SourceWhale and LinkedIn – plus whatever other tools you feel necessary. You will have lots of autonomy on your day to day, with reporting weekly progress on a Friday. It is a very consultative approach here, we want you to add value to your clients and build strong candidate networks. The chance is there to grow a team beneath you with progression to leadership encouraged.
