We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing branch. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business across Andover and Salisbury
• Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles in the Industrial and Commercial sectors
• Build & manage long-term client relationships (SMEs to global leaders)
• Deliver the full 360 recruitment process
• Create tailored recruitment solutions to meet diverse client needs
• Build a sustainable, forecastable revenue pipeline
