We are pursuing a strategic growth plan to establish a supporting network of branches to build new income streams within recruitment in a traditional agency setting.

We are looking for senior experienced recruitment professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients and who have the desire to succeed and build something exceptional. We are currently looking to add Senior/Recruitment Consultants to join our team in line with our expansion plans. We seek driven, credible recruiters who thrive in sales, have an appetite for delivering results, and enjoy strong financial returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business
  • Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
  • Conduct canvassing activities to find suitable vacancies for newly registered and/or newly available candidates
  • Understand and meet all weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue, strengthening and forging lasting client relationships
  • Attend client meetings to strengthen understanding of the organisation and the roles they have
  • Network across client events and industry-related conferences
  • Implement sourcing strategies to find and attract best talent for client requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Post jobs ads, CV screening, interviewing candidates and guiding them through the process
Skills/Experience Required
  • Previous recruitment agency recruitment experience (either as a 360 consultant or in a business development role) and a real hunger to succeed in sales
  • Takes enjoyment in developing new business, growing relationships with existing clients, networking, and winning business
  • Ambitious with a success-driven nature, confident in a results-oriented environment with financial targets and a competitive mindset
  • The ambition to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
