The Role?

• With a surge in work, you’ll be responsible for candidate generation and developing long term relationships with architects across London through multiple channels
• Active business development to drive growth across the team and expand our client portfolio
• Utilise social media (LinkedIn/Instagram) to build your reputation and influence within the industry
• Ability to earn big money through uncapped commission (20% of billings plus monthly bonus)
• We believe that people do their best work with trust and flexibility. So we work in a hybrid model; across our shared office space, Central London and home!

• Proven experience in full 360 recruitment, in the world of technology, IT, Engineering, Science, or obviously Architecture!
• Proven billing profile over numerous years
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach.
