Join our international RPO Team immediately for a hybrid assignment in London, England !

As a Senior Recruiterfor our client, in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications and conducting telephone and/or video interviews. Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions. Assist candidates and managers during the hiring process, handling offer and contract administration. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the hiring managers.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proven experience recruiting in the media, marketing, or advertising space, ideally within media agencies or large consumer brands (e.g., Media Ops, Media Planning, Reporting, Paid Social, Media Analytics).
  • Deep understanding of digital media disciplines, including programmatic, social, search, and content.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment projects under tight timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with confidence in fronting hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Proven capability in project or program management, including setting deliverables, creating communication plans, and producing recruitment progress reports.
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting, leveraging analytics to inform strategy and measure effectiveness.
  • Strong collaboration skills, partnering closely with internal TA teams, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Proactive sourcing mindset with a focus on building and maintaining talent pipelines in niche markets.
  • SLA-oriented and comfortable working with measurable performance metrics).
  • Exceptional English level.
  • Ability to travel to London twice a week.

This position comes with a 2-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
