• 2+ years’ experience, preferably within a fast-paced or hospitality environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK Right to Work Compliance.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support the whole life cycle of application and recruitment across all Delaware North UK venues.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers and the People Team to identify priority positions.
• Implement recruiting strategies to support business growth and budgets.
• Attend careers fairs and hiring events, communicate with candidates regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures.
