Job summary

Furza Talent is recruiting an experienced Recruiter/Resourcer to help build our senior talent division in Manchester. You’ll identify and engage go-to-market and revenue leaders for fast-growth and PE-backed businesses, focusing on high-value senior opportunities rather than transactional recruitment.

You’ll source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals and proactive headhunting, map markets, and build long-term candidate and client relationships to shape the division’s growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition
• Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Commercially minded with strong earning potential
• Excellent at building genuine candidate relationships
• Organised and able to manage multiple senior-level searches

Responsibilities

• Sourcing experienced Sales professionals through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and proactive headhunting
• Building and maintaining a strong network of senior commercial candidates
• Mapping markets and identifying passive candidates
• Conducting detailed candidate qualification and market mapping
• Understanding senior-level career motivations and achievements
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process
• Working with clients to understand roles, business strategy and ideal profiles
• Producing high-quality shortlists and supporting interviews and offers
• Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients
