The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help grow and scale our teams in the US. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to design impactful hiring strategies and take a consultative, proactive approach to the full recruitment lifecycle.


You’ll build strong talent pipelines across multiple business functions, ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience. You’ll drive creative sourcing strategies, leverage data to guide hiring decisions, and build scalable recruitment processes that evolve with the organization’s growth and priorities.


What You’ll Do


  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams from sourcing to close.

  • Strategic Partnership: Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes that align with business goals.

  • Talent Market Insights: Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction initiatives.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions, including specialized, niche, or emerging roles by leveraging LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and industry networks.

  • Intern & Campus Recruitment: Lead intern and graduate hiring initiatives by managing campus recruitment programs, and cultivating strong relationships with universities and student organizations to expand Nex’s early talent pipeline.

  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement.

  • Support Onboarding & Employer Branding: Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador at events, helping to elevate Nex’s talent brand and recruitment journey.


What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)

  • Direct experience working in the gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics industries is desirable

  • Skilled in negotiation and process management, capable of steering the recruitment lifecycle and securing optimal offer agreements

  • Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining quality and attention to detail

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. Greenhouse

  • Collaborative team player with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong advocate for candidate experience
