You will contribute to the full software lifecycle on embedded platforms, with hands‑on work in image processing, AI, and data analytics on platforms like SoCs, microcontrollers, SBCs and HCI consoles.

The role emphasizes C++ development in real‑time embedded environments, collaboration with software leadership to review and improve processes, architectures, and design decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ within real-time embedded environments (essential).
• Experience with test frameworks such as GoogleTest/GoogleMock.
• Experience with static analysis tools (Klocwork, Coverity) and test coverage tools (Bullseye).
• Exposure to test automation/continuous build & integration.
• Understanding of UML artefacts is desirable.
• Experience with requirements management (e.g. DOORS) is desirable.
• Developing software for safety‑critical standards (IEC 61508/DO-178C) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and ownership for software design.
• Develop software primarily in C++ following UML and interfaces.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and design rationale.
• Collaborate with engineering to analyse requirements and operational concepts.
• Contribute to testing activities for the products.
• Be part of an Agile team and participate in ceremonies.
• Support peer reviews and material for gate reviews.
• Provide coaching to junior engineers.
