A leading energy company in Swindon is seeking an experienced Real Estate/General Practice Surveyor. The successful candidate will manage properties in the UK and globally, providing consultancy advice and managing a diverse property estate. You need to have a degree and Chartered Surveyor status, along with several years of post-qualification experience. Flexible attitude and strong communication skills are essential. Salary ranges from £56,000 to £86,000 with potential bonuses and extensive employee benefits.
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate/General Practice Surveyor to join our growing team!
Our team is responsible for the management of the UK office & workshop portfolio on behalf of the RWE group companies. RWE currently operates in a number of locations in the UK, including a recently refurbished office headquarters in Swindon, Wiltshire. Other significant sites include prime offices in London and Coventry. We are also responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of RWE Renewables properties Globally.
You will provide professional property consultancy advice and assistance on operational and non-operational property management relating to the RWE Generation property portfolio in the UK and elsewhere, or on commercial property management relating to all RWE group companies. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a significant and diverse estate ranging from land and non-operational buildings on operational and surplus, reserve or closed former operational sites as well as the taking of and granting various short term commercial lettings and other rights and interests in land throughout the UK and Globally.
