Overview

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation in commercial property. This is an excellent opportunity to take a key role within a thriving real estate team, handling high-quality work for a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and major corporates. You will have the opportunity to lead on complex transactions, manage your own caseload, supervise junior lawyers, and play an active role in client development and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and portfolio management
  • Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, and property investment
  • Negotiate and draft commercial leases, development agreements, contracts, and option agreements
  • Manage and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team training and development
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and support business growth
  • Play an active role in departmental business development and wider firm initiatives
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Real Estate law
  • Strong technical expertise in commercial property transactions
  • Proven experience managing complex and high-value matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to professional growth
