Job summary

DWF is seeking a skilled and commercially minded Legal Director to join our Real Estate Litigation team in the United Kingdom. This is a senior, client-facing role overseeing high-value commercial property disputes and contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the team.

Based in one of our regional offices with a flexible hybrid working approach, you will manage complex caseloads, mentor junior lawyers, and build strong relationships with key clients while delivering practical,

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with extensive real estate litigation experience.
Proven ability to manage high-value caseloads and complex disputes.
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a varied, high-value caseload of commercial property disputes including renewals, covenants, dilapidations, and insolvency issues.
Support growth and development of the Real Estate Litigation practice and client service quality.
Provide clear, practical legal advice aligned with commercial objectives.
Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to team culture.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
