Invesco, a world‑leading independent global investment firm, seeks a Senior Associate, Fund Analyst in London to drive fund‑level analysis across acquisitions, asset management and investor reporting. You will shape portfolio strategy and support investment decisions with rigorous financial modelling and scenario analysis.

You’ll work with cross‑border teams across Europe, using tools like Argus/Forbury, and contribute to papers and committees while navigating debt structures, tax considerations

Formación

• Experience in real estate investment and fund management
• Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills
• Excel for cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation drivers
• Exposure to European real estate markets advantageous
• Argus or Forbury experience helpful but not essential
• CFA/RICS/CAIA qualifications or progress are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance the fund-level model with forecasting and portfolio insights
• Support underwriting of acquisitions and disposals
• Review asset-level business plans and budgets
• Contribute to investment committee papers and portfolio reviews
• Coordinate with finance on debt structures and tax considerations
• Prepare quarterly investor reports and performance analyses
