Job summary

Chamberlain Career Management is seeking a senior execution professional in the UK real estate debt market to help structure and lead debt transactions from onboarding to credit approval. You will own deals, manage multiple live transactions, and interact with lenders, lawyers and colleagues to protect deal quality and firm reputation.

You will work alongside founders, the sales team and senior operations, gaining genuine commercial exposure and shaping deal outcomes across cross-border mandates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• CFA or RICS qualification is a plus, not a requirement.
• Legal training or background is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via the sales team to understand clients' needs.
• Break down complex investment scenarios to unlock financing options.
• Update and monitor CRM information (Salesforce).
• Prepare and update accurate, sophisticated finance modelling.
• Prepare client pitches for the sales team.
• Monitor lending transactions from onboarding through handover to execution.
