• Proven track record in service charge accounting and year-end reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations, VAT returns, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of client and property accounting for a designated portfolio.
• Prepare and review financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Manage service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations.
