Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is helping a well-funded consumer technology business hire a Senior React Native Engineer to shape the mobile experience. You will lead architecture, performance, and user-centric features, working with Product and Design to deliver polished, high-quality experiences across iOS and Android.

You will own major parts of the mobile platform, influence architectural choices, and mentor colleagues in a small, high-ownership team aiming for ambitious growth and exceptional

Qualifications

Experience shipping production applications for iOS and Android.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and performance.
Experience building consumer-facing products.
Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Design teams.
Commitment to code quality, maintainability and user experience.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve a React Native application for iOS and Android.
Own and extend a cross-platform design system.
Create smooth, responsive user experiences with animations and gestures.
Deliver seamless checkout and payment experiences.
Contribute to mobile platform architectural decisions.
Collaborate with Product and Design to balance tech excellence with user needs.
Mentor fellow engineers and raise the bar across the team.
